Patient Handouts and Essential Reading.

These handouts explain the psychotherapeutic process and psychological and emotional functioning in simple terms. They present concepts and vocabulary essential to developing an internal language that nurtures psychological well-being. This inner speech promotes self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-regulation.
